SC/ST/OBC/EWS വിഭാഗങ്ങളിലുള്ളവർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കേറ്റുകൾ സൈറ്റിലുള്ള നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട മാതൃകയിൽ തയ്യാറാക്കി, അധികൃതർ ഒപ്പിട്ട തനശേഷം സ്കാൻ ചെയ്ത് അപ് ലോഡ് ചെയ്യണം. ഓൺലൈൻ അപേക്ഷയിൽ ഒരിക്കൽ അപ് ലോഡ് ചെയ്ത വിവരങ്ങൾ പിന്നീട് മാറ്റാൻ നിർവ്വാഹമില്ലാത്തതു കൊണ്ട് അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനു മുൻപായി വിവരങ്ങൾ ഒത്തു നോക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
